The Preparatory Phase is when you identify the land for construction, choose your construction execution partner (Contracting companies), finalize the elevation, floor plan, foundation type, and structure. You will also need to get your building permits from the local self-governing bodies.

Next comes the actual construction stage, where your contracting company completes the foundation and structure of your building. This includes soil testing and piling, foundation laying, blockwork, slab casting, plastering, and finishing works. Electrical, plumbing fittings, tiling, painting, and carpentry works are also done during this phase.

The final stage before you move in involves getting the necessary approvals and certificates from the local self-governing bodies, permanent electricity, and water connections, and tax payments.
