-- ABOUT THIS CASE --
The disappearance and murder of three young boys in West Memphis, Arkansas, led to the arrests of teenagers Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin, and Jessie Misskelley Jr. In a case fueled by the "Satanic Panic" of the era, the West Memphis Three were convicted despite a lack of physical evidence. They spent 18 years in prison before being released in 2011 after entering an Alford plea. This documentary series examines the evidence, the controversy, and the lingering questions that remain.
