Ingredients (amounts as needed):

Potatoes
Melted butter
Crushed garlic
Chopped parsley
Salt & black pepper

Instructions:

1. Prep the Potatoes:Peel and slice potatoes lengthwise into 1cm thick slabs. Place each slice between two skewers.
Cut straight, thin slices across one side (skewers prevent cutting through).
Flip and slice at a 45° angle on the other side.

2. Make Garlic Butter:Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

3. Bake:Brush potatoes with the garlic butter. Place on a lined baking tray.Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 50 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
