Using a Lincoln Mig Welder (powermig 350mp) to do some pulse spray mig welding on heavy steel. Wall thickness on the square tubing is 3/8" or about 10mm.
Some of the plates are 1 inch thick on the end used as counterbalance weights .
Lots of tee joint welds, and also some flare bevel welds where the rolled edge of the tubing joints a flat surface. Learning the effects of the trim setting when using pulse mig.
