I’ve been dealing with redness on my cheeks for almost 2 months. I also had a bad flare up of acne specially on my chin😭. I was panicking bc the redness was on and off too. The dermatologist adjusted my tret down to 0.025%, switched the azelaic to niacinamide and added an antibiotic Clindamycin.

I’m happy with the modified % of tretinoin and using it consistently every other day (few times i did daily). I use very moisturizing creams (@realbarrier_global and @oseamalibu moisturizers) with this routine or do the sandwich method. I’m trying to balance this with the other actives in my routine.
