Continuing from my last video on the Serve -warming up the wrist, this video demonstrates a method I have found that provides excellent success and promotes serving with a continental grip. The “Climb the Fence” path creates a visual that is easy repeated and a service motion becoming more popular with touring professionals.
Sorry for sweaty pits!!! I would have re-recorded the video but I felt this take was good for the instruction I wanted to pass on.
