Let's use our pantries to make this delicious one-pot potato soup. It will save time, money, and a bit of our sanity to have this meal in our recipe box.
Potato soup
4 c dehydrated hashbrowns
4 c boiling water
2-3 cups cooked chicken (optional)
3-6 cups Chicken broth depending on if you want chowder or soup consistency
1/3 c country gravy mix
3 TBLS Ghee, butter, or lard
Directions
Combine the dehydrated potatoes with the boiling water in your pot, and cover for 20 minutes.
Stir in the ghee and the country gravy mix
Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer for 20 min.
