ज्येष्ठ नागरिकांसाठी मोठा निर्णय! नागपूर खंडपीठानं स्पष्ट केलंय की, जर मुलांकडून घरात छळ होत असेल तर वडिलांना त्याला घराबाहेर काढण्याचा पूर्ण अधिकार आहे. जिल्हाधिकाऱ्यांनी 26 मार्च 2025 रोजी दिलेला मुलाला घरातून बेदखल करण्याचा आदेश उच्च न्यायालयाने मान्य केला आहे. आवश्यक असल्यास पोलिस मदत घेऊन हा आदेश तातडीने अमलात आणता येईल, असं खंडपीठाने सांगितलं. आता वडील स्वमालकीच्या घरातून छळ करणाऱ्या मुलाला घराबाहेर करू शकतात.

This decision strengthens protections for elderly citizens under the senior citizens’ law, empowering them to take action against domestic abuse by their own children.
