Anjani Kund also known as Anjani Parvat is a small village around 35 km from Ahwa in Dang district, with various mythological stories. It is named after Anjani mother of lord hanuman, who lived here, It is said here that Lord Hanuman born here in the cave of Anjani mountain. There is a temple here in the name of lord hanuman, the holy place for peoples of dang district and only temple where Bal Hanuman is worshipped. Another myth is Mata Anjani did penance here on the Anjani Mountain and gave birth to Lord Hanumanji in the cave located in Anjani Parvat. A small water kund near the cave is known as Anjani Kund.
