Описание: Industrial documentary produced around 1958 covering progress on "Project ZEL". ZEL (sometimes spelled ZELL), stood for Zero Length Launch. The program mated a 130,000 lb thrust solid rocket booster to the underside of an F-100D fighter-bomber. The project pilot was my father, Al Blackburn, who made dozens of launches before the end of the program. He passed away in 2011. Yesterday would've been his 99th birthday.
