11 Weeks Postpartum workout with Weights
Work hard to get back into shape with this safe and effective 25 minute dumbbell workout. This is a full body, follow along workout and is will continue to help you get your body back to pre-pregnancy form. Leave a comment and share what type of workouts you like the best!
For this workout you’ll need:
Two dumbbells (Sarah uses 8lb and 10lb DBs here)
A mat for exercises on the floor (optional)
As Many Rounds As Possible in 8 minutes of:
A1) Reverse Lunge x8 reps each side
A2) Arnold Press x15 reps
A3) Side Plank Pulls x10 reps each side
As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 minutes of:
B1) Dumbbell RDL x15 reps
B2) Reverse Fly x8 reps
B3) Hip to Opposite Shoulder x10 reps each side
As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 minutes of:
C1) Side Raise x8 reps
C2) Straight Arm Flutter Kicks x30 reps
C3) One Arm Overhead Tricep Extension x10 reps each side
