Nyutam is not a factory for making food, we are running a village-based organic farm with help of A2 Desi Cows.
We hand milk all the cows, no machines, no hormonal injections nothing & our cows are freely grazed on our organic farm.
For making ghee we use clay pots for the entire process.
We boil the raw milk in clay pots for 5-7 hours and in the evening we transfer the boiled milk into curd making clay pots.
The next morning, we get delicious curd, we hand churned all the curd(No Machines) using wooden bilona and this process is actually called Bilona Process.
The next process is makkhan/butter separation, we put the makkhan into a mitti ki handi(Clay Pot) after washing it two times in fresh water.
After that, we slowly heat the makkhan on cow dunk cake to make ghee.

Through this process, we get pure A2 Cow Vedic bilona Ghee, which is 100% pure, authentic, natural, and Vedic & this is the real ghee that is made with desi cow curd, not cream.
