I am able to effectively and carefully treat my darker skin patients by using precise tools to pinpoint treat their trouble areas. For this patient we used a custom TCA blend, tailored to her skin followed by a combination of lasers. I performed focal point erbium and fractionated erbium laser to ensure that I did not overheat the skin. I followed up with some subcision to release those deep, tethered scars. I ended her treatment with laser-assisted drug delivery which is when I use using the micro channels created by the laser to apply deeper penetration and more effective dispersion of the collagen’s active ingredients in fillers such as Sculptra.
