Angle control drill 🔥🥏
Slow it down, lock in your angles, and feel the difference.
How to do it:
1️⃣ Start with your back knee down — or for best results, both knees down.
2️⃣ Set a staggered stance, just like you would in your normal throw.
3️⃣ Keep your lower body quiet. This takes footwork out of the equation.
4️⃣ Focus only on your upper body mechanics: reach-back, angle, and clean release.
5️⃣ Throw smooth and controlled, paying attention to hyzer / flat / anhyzer angles.
This drill isolates your upper body so you can really feel your angles instead of forcing them. Perfect for tightening up consistency 🎯
