•This workout will be an easy, nice flow session. Exercises are done in a no-repeat 🔁 format, with a working time set for 40 - 20.
•We will mix bodyweight and dumbbell exercises, giving you a perfect little burn and challenge for your cardio and stamina.
✅ You will need a lighter set of dumbbells and a medium set. By the end of the session, you will have a nice little sweat.
Really try to enjoy this session; let all the steam out and leave all the stress behind.
