NYC Apartments can be expensive, but even at the low prices we are seeing today, SOME apartments aren’t worth even $1,000 which is why they are still vacant. In this video we tour 6 apartments in Manhattan’s Upper West Side and even though I thought 1 or 2 of these NYC apartments were nice, several sucked and aren’t worth even $1000 to be honest.
