This innovative system comprises an extruder and cooling tunnel, creating a seamless process for crafting exquisite chocolate vermicelli. The vermicelli extruder boasts a diameter of 500 mm, with the option of 1 or 2 extruders side by side to accommodate varying output capacities. The chocolate dough undergoes a precision process, pressed by 3 rollers connected to the main shaft of the extruder, then passed through a lower sieve onto the entrance band of the cooling tunnel. As the cooled products emerge, they elegantly collect in the dedicated vessel.
