I've been having a lot of fun with the techmarine. My favourite way of playing them has been using the zoned sniper servo gun set to target majoris or higher only. I feel this is a no brainer on Tyranid maps but there's definitely more choice in Chaos maps. I definitely was not expecting this class to be as close range and brawly as this, but it's a very much welcome surprise. There are some very cool and unique things you can do on this class. Double armour from gun strike and execution, covering yourself from grabs, etc.
However, I still think some changes need to be made by the devs for sure. There are many bugs with the class currently. A few you see in the video is the servo gun wasting its first shot randomly and the most annoying being your class ability zone being cancelled despite the animation and sound being played, because you get staggered, dodge or interact. Once the zone is placed it should remain. I understand the servo not shooting but cancelling the zone is just ridiculous and loses you a lot of HP and time. The new Omnissian Axe is fun but just too slow IMO and struggles with locking on to enemies during the end of the charge.
I ended up taking the wrong prestige perk but I hover over the one you should be using for this build at the end.
