Welcome to your gentle flow class for stress relief. In this 24 minute class we will use gentle movement and hold postures for multiple breaths to help ring the stress out of the body and mind. This is the perfect practice after a long day or week and great to use to unwind in the evenings.
Please grab a blanket and two blocks (or block substitutes) and let's relieve our stress, together.
