Описание: Start in tall plank position. Hands on floor under shoulders, and toes on sliders (it's hard to see in the video, but I have basically no weight on my injured foot) Using abs slide feet in toward hands until you get to a downward dog type position. Slide feet out to start position and repeat. Good replacement exercise if you can not do a plank.
