Very convenient.
I intended to just drill the work table in my garage to mount the loading press. However, the table is 3/4 plywood on top of a 4x4 fence post frame. Too much of a pain to drill and reach under to temporarily mount and dismount my equipment. This plate allows very easy mounting of my reloading while freeing the table at other times.

One word of advice: Mount your press to the plate and square it up to the edge of the table. The edge of the plate should be set back about 1/2 inch from the edge of the table I noticed that if you place the plate too close to the edge your press may have a gap between the press and the front edge of the table. This may allow some of the orangutan operators to rip off the plate from the table top if they over torque the press handle and the screws in the back of the plate (only of them) strip out of a weak table surface such as particle board or thin plywood.
