Luminar Neo has a masking brush tool that allows you to paint or erase the mask. The issue, however, there's _no opacity control with the tool_.
I'm just a hobbyist, not a power user. In order to get the most from the application (I use the Mac OS version), I rely on YouTube tutorials. It was after watching one of those tutorials that I realized the paint or erase tool doesn't build on itself.
