Transfer - TTC PCC Short Film (1974 David Willetts)

Описание: "This show piece follows the routine of a day in the life of a Toronto Transit Commission streamliner from sunrise to sunset. Shot at a time when only PCC's roamed the cobblestoned streets of Toronto, this film captures the beauty and grace of the PCC.

Photographed in a way that makes one feel the car has a life of its own running on a timeless and endless loop. An absence of people and automobiles allows this film to represent anywhere from 1945 to 1985. Made by cinematographer David Willetts. This film has won numerous awards in the United States and Canada."

All rights go to David Willetts (1974) and Empire Pictures (1986 release). This short film is from the "PCC Streetcars: The Way They Were" VHS.
