Quiche Recipe:
Crust: makes 2 pie crusts
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
5 T. water
1 T. vinegar
Mix everything together. Divide into two balls, place between wax paper sheets and roll out. Place in pie dishes, crimp edges, prick bottom with fork.

Filling:
10 eggs
1 c. Cheddar
1 c. Cottage cheese
1/2 c. Cream
