This is the Ult. Decades Challenge by Morbidgamer. It is an add on to the OG Decades Challenge by Zombiecleo (UndeadCleo?) on the Sims Forums. I won't be linking to these but a quick google search should pop them up. except Morbidgamer's, they have deleted most of thier social medias
