સોફ્ટ સ્વાદિષ્ટ દુધી ના કોફતા એક સિક્રેટ સાથે,કે જેનાથી કોફતા ખુબજ સારા લાગે છે❤😋

Описание: Dudhi kofta goes well with roti,naan or even simple bhakhri.the kofta is so soft and mouth melting.

For this:
200 gm Dudhi(peeled and grated)
1 big size onion
2/3 garlic pods
3/4 red juicy tomatoes
Chopped fresh coriander
1/2 Tsp each Ajwain and Jeera
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp chopped raisins
Salt to taste
1 tbsp cream
Oil for frying
1 cup besan for kofta
1/2 Tsp each turmeric powder,red chilli powder and coriander powder
Pinch of baking soda
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 green chilies (chopped)

Method for kofta:
In a mixing bowl add in grated dudhi,besan,chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, and 1/2 tsp each dry spices along with salt.now mix it well and add in chopped raisins and baking soda with lemon juice.again mix it well and deep fry it.keep aside until needed.

For gravy:
In a mixer jar add in onion,garlic and make a-purée out of it and do the same with tomatoes.
Now in a kadhai add in oil and heat it up add in jeera and onions garlic purée and sauté till it comes translucent.now add in tomatoes purée and add in all dry spices along with salt and again cook it well now add in cream mix it well. Add in 1 cup of water and boil it well. Gravy should be nice and creamy not too runny or thick..add Pakoda just before serving.and enjoy hot with roti,bhakri or even rice ❤
