This video showcases how to adjust the dough ring guide on Erika Record Divider Rounders that feature our innovative removable knife head system (RH). This includes the Semi RH, Easy, Easy Plus, and Full RH divider rounder models.
The dough ring guide holds your dough ring around the knife head assembly while in operation. This guide may need to be adjusted when interchanging knife head assemblies of different diameters.
Our standard knife head assemblies include models 4/41, 6/151, 7/71, 8/251, & 11/31.
Our non-standard head assemblies include models: 5/18, 9/21, and 10/25, which have a smaller diameter than our standard offerings.
When will the dough ring guide need adjusting?🤔
