Usually the weirdo booze flavors we sample around here are disgustingly sweet, but today we're trying something SPICY!! (At least, it comes in a bright red bottle, so it's a start.) Not only are we tasting this red-hot booze, we're mixing it into two, count em' TWO cocktails. One is called Sriracha fried ice cream. Which we're pretty sure wasn't a thing before, and we can't imagine why we should start making it a thing now. Still, we're going to try it out, and report on the results, just for you. SCIENCE!!!
