Gen Z cuts through all BS - to all current leaders: If you want to know what is going on in your organization, make sure future leaders, younger generation is present and is part of your conversation.

And those of you traveling your region and doing store visits, make sure you find "your Ioannis Karakasidis" - having a sense of contributing to a bigger picture can go a long way and hearing that from executives who take the time is invaluable!
