Ingredients for fritters:
2 eggs
4 dl solid yogurt
2 Dr. Oetker vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
200 g of sharp flour
200 g smooth flour
4 spoons of sugar
1 Dr. Oetker Finesse grated orange
1 Dr. Oetker baking powder
1 teaspoon Dr. Oetker rum aroma
Ingredients for dressing:
1 creative vanilla cardamom pudding
4 spoons of sugar
5 dl of milk
40 g of butter
Mix the liquids and add the remaining ingredients.
Leave the mixture for 30 minutes and use spoons (or an ice cream spoon) to form balls and fry in hot oil at a medium temperature.
Place the fried fritters on a paper towel to absorb excess fat, cover with cream and serve.
Cream
Pour milk over the pudding and sugar, mix and cook for a few minutes. Add butter, melt and pour over fritters.
