Here is how to complete the task "Neutralized quiet with non-firearms attack" on mgs5.
The video is accelerated to highlights to be short. Note that the clip at the beginning is showing HOW A PUNCH DID NOT WORK as the punch counts as a firearm and the mission was not accomplished. It seems to be a bug of some sort, or just designed to make you think out of the box.

Here is the written procedure:

1- Drain the sniper Quiet's blue life with non-lethal weapons.*
2- When the last bit of blue meter is remaining, mark Quiet in position with the binoculars**
3- Open the menu, call for a SUPPLY CRATE DROP.
4- Open the menu as quickly as possible and call for a WEATHER MODIFICATION. She will dance in the rain, buying you time for the supply crate to drop.
5- The supply crate drop will knock her out (not a a firearm) and cause some blue bar damage, draining her last drop. Done!

*Note*: Knock her out of high and far places with a weak weapon like the Bambetov to speed the process up). Use stun grenades or non-lethal firearms only.
**Note**: Mark her in position in an open area. As long as she is not hiding or protected, like on the towers, or areas where the supply crate would hit, it will work.
