The United States has ordered all American citizens to evacuate the Middle East as conflict escalates across the region. US fighter jets have conducted strikes on Tehran while Iran attacked the US Embassy in Saudi Arabia with drones and threatened to set fire to ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz. The Israeli Defence Force continues bombing operations in Lebanon and Iran, with the Lebanese death toll reaching 52 and US forces reporting the sinking of nine Iranian naval vessels.
