In this video, we will answer all your questions about Post Indictment. After indictment, a process called "discovery exchange" is conducted where the prosecutor provides all the evidence against you to your defense attorney. At the same time, your defense counsel also presents the evidence he or she gathered to support your case.

This discovery exchange is done after indictment because 90% of criminal cases end in a plea bargain. Watch out for our next video as we discuss what plea bargaining is and how it works.
