Got bad knees or extra weight? Then this is the LOW IMPACT, knee friendly CARDIO walking workout you're looking for! We're going high intensity through two circuits of FUN, all standing cardio exercises.
You'd be burning an average of 200 - 450 calories depending on your weight, body composition and exercise intensity.

Walking an hour a day helps to:
Maintain a healthy weight.
Prevent or manage various conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.
Strengthen your bones and muscles.
Improve your mood.
Improve your balance and coordination.

I suggest doing at least 5 min warm up before this workout and 5 min stretching after.
