In this tutorial we will locate visual studio code settings.json file in your VS Code editor. Open settings by pressing Ctrl + , (coma) and start typing "settings.json" into search box. This will filter out some editor settings. Locate "Edit it in settings.json" link under any of the filtered settings and click on it. Boom! You just opened settings.json file in VS Code.

For future reference, now that you already opened it, you can also press Ctrl+P (which opens command pallete,) and you will find your settings.json on the list (since it's become a recently opened file when you found and opened it the last time.)
