Описание: I called 311 for animal control to pick him up at 8:18 am and I waited until 2:15 pm finally they showed up. The cat had a tag on his collar and he was TNR at some point, he had a tipped ear. The animal control placed a call to the person on the tag. A man answered the call and he laughed, he thought that this was some kind of scam because eight people called previously about the cat. He didn't even like cats. The microchip was old and from the Humane Society. So the cat is a mystery. He is going to the shelter to see a vet and it will be determined what will happen to him. They will still try to find his owner.
