Sorry about the wait between videos. Its been a long time between uploads, and trust me we were out fishing, but not catching much, till now. These were the biggest Carp I have ever seen with my own eyes, a personal best for myself and Cal. It was loads of fun pulling these guys and gals in on light line and small rods. If you end up here, dont be afraid to hike up and down stream and look for the deeper pools, you will not only find them, you will see them. The CC’s corn chip bait was rocking it that day, so here is how you make it.
CC’s cheese corn chips – 90g Crushed up. I did mine in a blender till pretty fine
Plain flour – 200 g
1 packet of Craft microwave mac and cheese, just the orange cheese power in the silver sachet
Kraft parmesan cheese the dry power kind – 40 g
1 tbls cooking salt, Not Table Salt, fish dont like the taste of iodine
1 cup cold water
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl, mixing the dry ingredients well before adding the water. Add water and mix well. Done, put in the fridge if your going fishing in a couple of days or freeze for a later date. That easy.
