Ice Bucket: I didn't know anything about Lou Gehrig's Disease, so I did a little research and wrote a song:
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
Also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease
Is neurodegenerative
With various causes
It’s characterized muscle spasticity
And weakness due to muscle atrophy
Difficulty speaking
Swallowing and breathing
30,000 americans
Have it at any given time
Anyone can get it
And it’s the most common motor neuron disease
There is no known cause
Except sometimes genetics
And there’s clinical trials underway worldwide
You can donate to The ALS Association
They’re split up with chapters for each US region
They are looking for a cure
That’s what all this ice bucket stuff is for
So go donate please if you can
