Описание: I flew deep into Xinjiang, China’s largest and most landlocked region, where deserts, snow-covered mountains, grasslands, and ancient trade routes all collide. A place shaped by dozens of ethnic groups, multiple languages, and traditions that stretch back thousands of years.

This mega-vlog is an 8-day road trip across Western China, traveling with locals, navigating language barriers through gestures and translation apps, and slowly peeling back the layers of a region that’s often misunderstood and rarely seen up close.

Along the way, I wander through Urumqi’s Grand Bazaar, share meals with people I just met, attend a local wedding, explore futuristic cities and ancient parks, and witness some of the most intense equestrian traditions I’ve ever seen archers firing arrows on horseback, riders battling over a sheep skin at full speed, and camels charging through the arena like something out of history.

Between the markets, parks, late-night food streets, tea houses, and endless conversations with strangers, this journey became less about “seeing sights” and more about understanding daily life — how people live, work, celebrate, and connect in a part of China most travelers never reach.
