I am updating this description for two (2) reasons:
One (1): To address some of the comments.
Two (2): And to explain the video a bit better.
Yes, I know the video is in 240p SD, but that's the best it's going to get without upscaling as I NO LONGER HAVE THE ORIGINAL VIDEO. For a bit more context, the video was uploaded on LTE, in 2016, in Mexico, from the Apple iPhone 8 photos app, and the best quality I could upload in was 240p because I did not have WiFi where I was at the time. I wish I had the original video, but right after this video was uploaded the video was deleted because I needed space on the phone.
Yes, I know the video is not very stable at all, and I'm sorry for that, but if I stabilize it, it cuts off so much of the video. Unless you have a better way to stabilize it then I do, PLEASE DON'T TELL ME IT'S NOT STABILIZED.
