Описание: For today’s case, Dr. Emer is going to be performing Halo laser to this female patient in order to help get skin remodeling. Part of her "Tight and Bright" procedure has already been done, which is initially going deep microneedling radiofrequency followed by a peel. Now, the second part of the treatment is her light therapy and laser.

Sciton's Halo, the worlds' first fractional hybrid laser, is used in very specific settings to deeply heat the skin while also improving the superficial skin layers (white dots). The small dots will exfoliate naturally and the healing process will take place over the next few days. Dual-wavelengths work to remodel collagen and improve texture and color by using deep and superficial heating, with reduced risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation in darker and ethnic skin types. Scabbing can be present for days to weeks depending on the settings used.

Patients that have melasma want to have Halo laser done at a lighter setting. Our female patient has greatly improved in terms of her pigmentation from past treatments, so we can safely go a little bit stronger now to give her an even better improvement.

This patient had Halo laser to get the best results when resurfacing her skin. To pre-treat the skin and prep for laser, we tell our patients to do an Enlighten or Cosmelan peel from emeragecosmetics.com to avoid post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation from the lasers.
