The Hellbound Heart, by Clive Barker, Complete Audiobook, Vocals Only

Описание: "The Hellbound Heart" is a horror novella written by Clive Barker, first published in 1986. The story revolves around a man named Frank Cotton who is in search of extreme pleasures beyond the limits of human experience. In his pursuit, he comes across a mysterious puzzle box known as Lemarchand's Box or the Lament Configuration, which is said to open a gateway to another dimension inhabited by the Cenobites, otherworldly beings who offer sadomasochistic experiences.

"The Hellbound Heart" explores themes of desire, obsession, and the consequences of seeking forbidden pleasures. It is known for its graphic depictions of horror and its unique mythology surrounding the Cenobites. The novella served as the basis for the popular horror film series "Hellraiser," which was also created by Clive Barker.

This is my first long-form video read of such a novel and it took many hours to get to where I wanted it to be. I hope those listening enjoy this descent into darkness.
