Chitranjali Negi was born in Uttarakhand India. She is Master in Law (LL.M) Constitution & Administrative Law and Ph.D. Research Scholar on Online Dispute Resolution. She is Partner at Santaniello International a Law firm Based in Rome Italy, Lawyer at Supreme Court of India with 10 years of Experience, Human Rights Activist and Research Scholar in field of Online Dispute Resolution. She is author of "Life is Colourful. Chi Diary Being Indie" (Poetry and Prose Non-Fiction), "Collection of Internationally Published Research papers on Online Dispute Resolution" and "Public Interest litigation in India, Concept & History, procedure, Landmark cases (USA,UK and Other countries)" and three Research papers on Amazon namely: "Japan: An Overview of Constitution & Judicial System", "Human Rights Violations of Migrants Workers in India during Covid-19 Pandemic" and "Covid-19 Epidemic: Indian Lawyers in Financial Crisis, Ignored, Depressed".

She has attended several International Conferences on ODR at Hague, France, Italy, China, and presented papers and speeches. She is member at London Court of International Arbitration and Dubai International Financial Center, Young Member of International Council for Commercial Arbitration, The Hague Netherlands, Member of Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy.

She got Recognition certificate for presentation on "E-Courts ODR in Indian Judicial System" from The National Center for technology and dispute resolution USA and Certificate of Honour & Appreciation as a key note speaker on "E-Courts: ODR in Indian Judicial System" 16th International Forum on Online Dispute Resolution, by University of Business & Economics Beijing, China. She was core committee member of Amnesty International India in 2008 and got Amnesty Award for social activism in Uttarakhand India.
