Is EDIBLE AIR worth the HYPE?!
✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 1 cup sugar
• ¼ cup water
• 1 ½ cups Sprite
• Cotton candy
• Edible glitter
• Garnishing smoke (like a cocktail smoker)
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Boil over medium heat until the mixture reaches 305°F.
2. Quickly pour the sugar into half-sphere molds, swirling to coat the sides. Pour out the excess and repeat until you have several thin sugar shells.
3. Once cooled and removed from the molds, lightly warm the edges of two halves in a pan over low heat and press together to form full spheres.
4. Place the sugar bubbles in a clear serving bowl. Pour in Sprite, sprinkle with edible glitter, and top with a puff of cotton candy.
5. Add a light underneath and a little smoke for dramatic effect, then crack into your airy, bubbly treat! 🌬✨
