In this video, I’m showing you how to make Easy Ewedu Soup. Ogun State (Abeokuta) style, with a little creativity, an Okro twist, and plenty of joy.
Ewedu is a beloved soup from the western part of Nigeria, but I decided to take it to another level — from the look, to the texture, to the taste. Honestly… even some caterer Ewedu doesn’t come out this fresh and presentable 😄
I added okro, kept it simple, and had fun along the way (yes, including the dance steps 💃🏽). After cooking, I couldn’t help but praise myself and my Creator — because this one turned out beautifully.
