Notations for buttons are as follows:
PlayStation 4 - 1(Square) / 2(Triangle) / 3(X) / 4(Circle)
Xbox One - 1(X) / 2(Y) / 3(A) / 4(B)
Both - D(Down) / F(Forward) / U(Up) / B(Back)
