I hope this video helps others with replacing a transmission mount. It was an easy job and my first time. A growling or grinding sound was being made on my initial acceleration. More worse from a dead stop going up hills, over a speed bump, or just a quick start. The sound would go away once I gained speed. To prevent the sound, I would push the gas pedal slowly for a slow start.
