Ingredients:

White bread
Robot peppers
Cheese
Chives
Baby tomatoes
Salt
Black pepper
Italian herbs
Tomato sauce
Olives

Method:
Roll bread slices to a thin base with a rolling pin
Butter the bread slices on one side
Chop green, red & yellow peppers and mix together
Add a pinch of salt, black pepper & Italian herbs
Fry chicken breasts and chop into small cubes
Chop mushrooms for topping
Line a baking tray with wax paper
Place the buttered bread slices face down on the tray
Spread tomato sauce on the top side of the bread slices
Add chopped peppers to the bread slices
Add mushrooms, olives, ham, and cheese on some slices
Add mushrooms, chicken, and cheese on the other slices
Place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius until the cheese melts
Then broil at 200 degrees Celsius
Remove from the oven and serve
Garnish with chopped chives and baby tomatoes
