✨ High Protein “Protein Pocket” – weight loss friendly & super tasty 😍
Healthy recipes dhoondh rahe ho jo cooking easy ho + weight loss recipe bhi ho?
Try this Protein Pocket – full of soy, oats, paneer & fibre!
📝 Ingredients (1–2 servings):
Wheat atta – 60 g (complex carbs + fibre)
Soy granules – 30 g (high protein, keeps you full)
Oats – 30 g (fiber + slow energy)
Onion – 100 g (flavour + antioxidants)
Besan – 20 g (extra protein & binding)
Paneer – ~40–50 g (protein + calcium)
Green chilli & ginger (metabolism boosting)
Coriander leaves
Red chilli powder
Amchur powder
Black pepper
Salt as per taste
½ tsp oil for dough + little oil/ghee for roasting
👩🍳 Recipe Method (Step by Step):
1️⃣ Dough banaao
Gehu ka atta + namak milaao, thoda sa paani daal kar soft dough banaao.
½ tsp tel daal kar 5–10 min rest karne do.
2️⃣ Stuffing ready karo
Soya vadi / soy granules ko crush ya soak karke squeeze kar lo.
Pan mein thoda oil garam karo.
Onion daal kar light brown hone tak sauté karo.
Ab add karo: green chilli, ginger, crushed soya, soaked oats.
Mix karo, phir namak, red chilli powder, black pepper, ½ tsp amchur powder daal do.
Ab besan ko paani mein mix karke slurry banao, pan mein daal do for binding.
Sab kuch ache se cook karke gas band karo, dhaniya daal do.
Thoda thanda ho jaaye toh crumbled paneer mix kar do. Stuffing ready ✅
3️⃣ Pocket shape do
Dough se ek roti bel lo, tawa par halka sa sek lo (half-cooked).
Roti plate par rakho, beech mein stuffing daal kar side se fold karke pocket bana lo.
4️⃣ Final roast
Tawa par thoda ghee / oil lagao.
Pocket ko dono side se slow flame par sekho jab tak golden spots na aa jaayein.
Bas! Ready hai High Protein Pocket – crispy outside, soft & protein-rich inside 😍
