Stacie Fairchild introduces us to the Super Neighborhood Alliance, a group of neighborhood organizations aimed at problem solving at the local level. The presidents of each of the 88 councils in Houston serve as formal advisory board to the Mayor and City Council.

Houston City Councilmember Sallie Alcorn follows up with her work on an issue brought to her attention by the Super Neighborhood Alliance-- noise, parking and traffic problems (as well as disorderly conduct) allowed by bad actor bars and nightclubs.

And Sergeant Clint Ponder with HPD’s Gang Division teaches you how to translate gang graffiti and know which gangs are in your neighborhood. He shares information regarding basic gang identifiers (clothing, colors, and hand signs), the differences between gang graffiti and tagger graffiti and the dangers that criminal street gangs can pose to the public.
